Hello!
I'm not your typical Johnny Cash fan. I'm sure most of the people on this board would see me on the streets and thnik, "freak!" I'm pierced and tattooed, but dress with a 50's style.. (High waisted skirts, dress shirts, wedge heels and pea-coats.) It's a little subculture known as "gothabilly". Goth fashion fused with Rockabilly. I was first introduced to Johnny as a child by my stepfather. At first I loathed it, pretty much only because I didn't like the fact that it was my parents music. Over the years I have grown to love it, and wish I hadn't have been so obnoxious about it in the past.
