The latest musical tribute to Johnny Cash was released to radio on June 30th.
"Johnny Cash Is Dead (And His House Burned Down)” is a searing, rockabilly groove written by his longtime friend Larry Gatlin. The song infuses new lyrics with the melody from Johnny Cash’s "Big River" to document some of the well-defined artists who helped to build country’s foundation: Cash, Waylon Jennings, Patsy Cline, Chet Atkins and Marty Robbins.

CashVilleNow.Com, the Johnny Cash Social Networking site has launched according to JohnnyCash.Com founder Bill Miller.
The site is aimed at providing a fun and friendly social network environment "for Johnny Cash fans and their friends," said Miller. "We wanted to provide a community which went way beyond the features offered in a traditional forum environment, and this does just that. We used some of our fans to do an initial test and the response was terrific."
